FIRE ALARM & DETECTION SYSTEM
In a wide scale of emergency, keeping people informed is really critical to keep them safe. Detecting fire and notifying more people of a dangerous and potentially life threatening situation can prevent further injuries and save more lives. Such situations require “fire alarm & detection system”.
In the system, required devices are control panel, smoke detector, heat detector, multi sensing detector, manual call point / pull station, sounder / hooter, monitor module, isolator etc. Certifications: All devices of detection system are UL listed.

ASPIRATING SMOKE DETECTION
An aspirating smoke detector consists of a central detection unit which draws air through a network of pipes to detect smoke. This pipe network allows for smoke detection in hard-to-reach or difficult-to-access areas, where a highly sensitive rapid smoke detection capability is required. Certifications: This aspiration smoke detection unit is UL listed.

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM (STANDPIPE / HYDRANT)
Standpipe Systems are a series of pipes which connect a water supply to hose connections, basically an extension of the fire hydrant system. They are designed to provide a pre-piped water system for building occupants to which fire hoses can be connected, allowing manual application of water to the fire. In this system, major items are fire pump sets, hose pipe, hose reel, landing valve, different types of valves, y-strainer etc. Certifications: All items of hydrant system are FM/LPCB/UL listed.

FIRE PROTECTION SYSTEM (SPRINKLER)
A Fire Sprinkler System is an active fire protection method, consisting of a water supply system, providing adequate pressure and flow rate to a water distribution piping system, onto which fire sprinklers are connected.
Each closed-head sprinkler is held closed by either a heat sensitive glass bulb or a two-part metal link held together with fusible alloy. The glass bulb or link applies pressure to a pipe cap which acts as a plug which prevents water from flowing until the ambient temperature around the sprinkler reaches the design activation temperature of the individual sprinkler head. Thus, only sprinklers near the fire will operate, normally just one or two. This maximizes water pressure over the point of fire origin, and minimizes water damage to the building.
In the system, major items are sprinklers, fire pump sets, zone control valves, different types of valves etc. Certifications: All items of sprinkler systems are FM/LCPB/UL listed.

FIRE DOOR
Fire Door is a door with a fire-resistance rating used as a part of passive fire protection system to reduce the spread of fire or smoke between compartments and to enable safe egress from a building or structure. Most fire doors are designed to be kept closed at all times. Some doors are designed to stay open under normal circumstances and close automatically in the event of a fire. Whichever method is used, the door’s movement should never be impaired by a doorstop or other obstacle. A fire door contains door frame, vision panel (glass), door coordinator, panic bar, hinges, external trim, smoke seal, door closer, electromagnetic door holder etc.
Certifications: All accessories of fire door are UL listed.
